Our try before you buy policy, can only be offered to those customers we see in person.
We are confident that we will have scissors to suit virtually all requirements.
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product, in its original packaging, undamaged, within 14 days from the purchase date and we will offer a full credit to transfer to an alternative product.
In the unlikely event that we cannot supply a scissor that suits your needs, we will offer a full refund.
Return costs are at the customers expense.
We would advise that an insured, tracked, or signed for carrier is used, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
